Our 3 adult cats and 6 itty bitty kitties absolutely love this bed. I don't know how long it will last with as rough as these guys play in it, but it's holding up well so far! I'm a little concerned with how to clean cat hair and such, but I'll look through the other reviews here and see if there's any tips before I comment further on that.
The adults range from 7 to 13 pounds and all three of them can fit in or on at the same time, no problem. The cats love playing peekaboo through the cat shaped window, and yes, they do squeeze through that sometimes too!
Our family loves watching our cats get up to their crazy antics in and on this cat bed. The color really sealed the deal for us!
I saw this awesome cat bed just before Christmas and I wanted to get this for my sweet meow babies. It was quite pricey so I waited, glad I did because it finally went on sell and I had to buy it for them right away. My babies love it, and use it every day. My one rabbit even tried it out, and he enjoyed it too. You can see where the cats scratch at it , but when it comes to cat furniture you can expect that kind of thing. Even though I said that I was glad that I waited because it was cheaper, that is also my number one most regret. You see because I waited my fifth cat Sissy didn’t get a chance to use it, she sadly passed away this February, I know she would have loved it too. R.I.P Sissy we miss you so! Great cat bed definitely worth it!
I received this “donut” very quickly. It came in a box that could’ve fit a second one. The donut itself is very well made and sturdy. I did struggle a little bit to zip the two parts together, but that’s because I didn’t ask for help so that’s on me. Once I had it together, I tossed on the floor. My cats LOVE this thing! I’m going to have to buy a couple more because they actually fight over using it and only once have there been two in it at one time peacefully. LOL
They do use it for scratching, and it holds up to it quite well. I’m always happy to have something appropriate for them to scratch on rather than on furniture, rugs, etc.I am definitely glad I bought it! Also, the cats like to lay in the top where the indentation is and sleep.
We just adopted kitten brothers; our first cats ever. I read the positive reviews and not having any experience, gave it a shot. They love it! It's so simple and looks like a sleek felt footstool in our living room. If the kittens aren't romping around, they are 9 times out of 10 snuggled in what we call the donut. My son fears they might love it more than us.
Purchased this as an alternative to the carpeted scratcher that my kitties destroyed. So far, they totally love this! They get inside and lay on their backs then dig into the roof to pull themselves around the circle. The peekaboo opening is fun for dangling in toys that they can grab to play with. It is solid and seems quite durable. So far, so good!
